Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

The payment method depends on the country you choose to have your order delivered to:

• Orders delivered in Vietnam: paid by bank transfer. Transfer the exact amount using the transfer content shown at checkout. The payment is confirmed automatically once the money arrives in the bank account shown at checkout.
• Orders delivered abroad: paid through Wise, following the instructions shown at checkout.

2. Prepaid orders

Every order is paid in full upfront. HỘ KINH DOANH CHU DADA does not offer cash on delivery (COD).

3. When an order counts as paid

• An order counts as paid when HỘ KINH DOANH CHU DADA has received the full amount.
• You then receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided.
• An order is processed only after it is paid.

4. Refunds

When an order is refunded, the money goes back to the same source it was paid from. For the conditions and timing of refunds, see the Return and Refund Policy.

5. Payment issues
