Delivery within Vietnam
Orders delivered within Vietnam are shipped by Viettel Post.
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days. Shipping is free.
Inspection of the goods on delivery is handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
International delivery
International shipping rates by weight, for orders shipped outside Vietnam.
To keep shipping costs down, international orders are packed in a bag by default, and the shipping fee on the website is based on this packaging. If you would like a rigid cardboard box, please order through Instagram @chudada.club or Facebook Chu Dada.

Terms
- EU1: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Spain, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia
- EU2: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Norway, Israel, Luxembourg, Cyprus
- Transit time: 7-15 business days depending on destination
- Orders over 10kg still ship as one parcel, billed as 10kg parts plus the remainder (e.g. 12kg = the 10kg price + the 2kg price)
- These rates apply to ordinary (non-special) goods
- Maximum size: length up to 60cm, (length + width + height) up to 120cm
- Volumetric weight: (length x width x height) / 5000
- Chargeable weight: whichever is greater between actual weight and volumetric weight
Compensation Policy
- Refund eligibility is confirmed by the airline based on communication between both parties.
- Total refund per order does not exceed 2x the shipping fee stated on the airline's official invoice, capped at $20/order.
- Refund value = goods value + shipping fee; if goods value > shipping fee, refund = shipping fee x 2.
- For special items (counterfeit goods, food, medicine, etc.) rejected and seized by destination customs, the airline is not liable and no compensation applies.
