Chu Dada uses your data only to process your orders, make items to order and for customer care. We do not send marketing emails or messages.

4. Third parties that receive data

To run the website and deliver orders, some of your data is shared with the parties below. Chu Dada does not sell your personal data.

• Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Clerk: account login.
• Resend: transactional email (such as the order confirmation email).
• SePay and Wise: payment confirmation.
• Pancake: on-site chat.
• Viettel Post and international carriers: name, address and phone number for delivery.

5. Retention

• Order records: kept for as long as accounting and tax law require.
• Account: kept until you ask for it to be deleted.
• Chat messages: according to Pancake's policy.

6. Your rights

• You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing chudada.club2024@gmail.com. Chu Dada replies within 72 hours and completes the request within 7 working days.
• You can edit your addresses yourself in your account.
• Order records cannot be deleted while the law requires us to keep them.
